Our client is a leader in their industry, known for their commitment to quality, safety, and reliability. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Operator/Warehouse Operator to join their Trade Store team in Caloundra.

About the Role
This is a hands-on warehouse position requiring a skilled and safety-focused forklift operator. You will be working Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 2:00pm, assisting with pick orders, loading, unloading, customer deliveries, and general warehouse duties.

Key Responsibilities
* Safe and efficient operation of counterbalance forklifts
* Loading and unloading trucks and containers
* Performing local customer deliveries as required
* General warehouse duties, including manual handling (up to 20kg)
* Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
* Following all WHS policies and procedures

Skills & Experience
To be successful, you'll ideally have:
* Current LF Forklift Licence
* Current Driver's Licence (required for customer deliveries)
* Minimum 1 year of counterbalance forklift experience
* Australian citizenship or permanent residency required for this position
* Availability Monday to Friday, 6:00am–3:00pm
* Positive attitude and strong work ethic
* Good communication skills
* Own reliable transport
* Physically fit and able to lift up to 20kg regularly
* Commitment to safety at all times
