The role

Small Rental Property Management company located in Sippy Downs Sunshine Coast looking for an experienced Office administration & support assistant.

Part time or casual, 3 days a week October to December 2024, 4 days from January 2025. Working hours are 9am to 2 pm Monday to Friday. No weekend or public holiday working hours. It is perfect working hours for Mum or others like to keep the work and life balance, Hourly rate $25-$30 plus super (on experience).

Responsibilities
  • Assist booking keeping duty, including rent receipting and reconciliation
  • Property maintenance organization.
  • Issuing Entry Notices and other notice to tenants as required
  • Assist with preparation of Entry Conditions/ exit inspections
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as required
Requirements
  • Prior experience in bookkeeping or accounts role is preferred
  • Strong organisation skills and multitask and prioritise task effectively
  • Have basic knowledge about property maintenance and Body Corporate.

Job Type: Part time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week

Work Location: In person
