You'll manage the full customer journey—from initial appointment to settlement and beyond—while building strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.

About you
You're an experienced lender with a strong background in commercial and residential lending, already embedded in your local community and ready to bring your pipeline of leads from day one.
You thrive on building relationships that go beyond transactions, creating genuine value for customers and partners.
Confident and engaging, you make complex financial matters simple and accessible, and your entrepreneurial spirit drives you to innovate and grow.
You're self-driven, comfortable working independently, and passionate about outbound business development.
You're a great communicator with a strong local network, ready to hit the ground running and promote the ME, VMA, and BOQ brands with pride.
