What We're Looking For
* Tertiary qualifications in Business Communications, Data Science, Project Management or extensive relevant experience.
* Proven experience in business performance management and stakeholder engagement best practice.
* Strong analytical skills with expertise in reporting, dashboards and tools like PowerBI.
* Ability to manage projects, multi-task and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships internally and externally.
What You'll Be Doing
* Develop and implement performance systems and reporting aligned with corporate objectives.
* Coordinate community and stakeholder engagement strategies and deliver creative marketing initiatives.
* Undertake audits, research and data analysis to support informed decision-making.
* Identify and scope business improvement opportunities and design effective processes.
* Provide expert advice on public relations, communications and engagement across diverse projects.
* Support the Team Leader and Director Leadership team in critical incident response and business continuity planning.
