Project Coordinator
We are seeking a skilled and organized Project Coordinator to join our team in Shepparton, Victoria. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing small domestic insurance repair building projects from start to finish.
This full-time administrative role involves coordinating repairs and maintenance for residential homes affected by insurable events. You will work closely with internal claims coordinators, subcontractors, property owners, and insurance companies to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Day-to-day management of repair claims and document preparation
* Coordinate and monitor the progress of repairs for claims under $20,000 from the office
* Liaise with property owners, tradespeople, sub-contractors and clients over the phone at all stages of the repair process
* Determine and appoint suitable internal tradespeople and subcontractors to complete building repairs
* Liaise with Building Consultants as necessary to ensure clear understanding of works required
* Schedule trade personnel as required ensuring KPIs are met
