Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced New Car Sales Manager to oversee two volume franchises in their New Car Sales Department.
The dealership offers an excellent income stream, job security, and a friendly working environment.
These franchises are high-performing with strong sales and gross figures potential.
The role is hands-on and requires active management; it is not suitable for a back-office style approach.
The dealership operates Monday to Saturday, with a five-day workweek and Sundays off.
Applicants should have recent experience as a New Car Sales Manager within a franchised dealership.
Essential skills include management, financial acumen, sales, closing, and people management.
The ideal candidate is motivated by customer satisfaction and profitability, and capable of motivating and working alongside sales consultants.
Compensation includes a retainer of approximately $90,000, superannuation, commission, and a car or car allowance.
The expected On Target Earnings range from $150,000 to $160,000, with potential for higher earnings for top performers.
