Description
We are seeking a Supplier Quality Technician to join the Quality team at their manufacturing and assembly site on the Central Coast. Reporting to the Quality Manager, this role is critical in supporting the supplier quality system to achieve the highest levels of efficiency, quality, and cost savings. You will liaise with suppliers and internal teams to drive continuous product quality improvements, conduct electrical material inspections and testing, manage supplier & internal audits, and lead corrective action plans.
Profile
The successful candidate must have:
* Experience in supplier quality management, including audits and corrective action processes.
* Strong understanding of quality systems, standards, and compliance requirements within an industrial manufacturing environment
* Proficiency in inspection and testing methods for raw materials and finished goods ideally in an electronic/electrical setting
* Excellent communication skills for liaising with overseas suppliers and internal stakeholders.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
