Job Description
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Contracts Administrator. This is a key role that requires strong commercial administration experience in the construction industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking prequalification, preparing tenders, letting of contracts and providing contract administration services to manage the commercial and legal aspects of the contracts.
You will work closely with various sub-contractors across multiple sites to ensure works are delivered in accordance with project requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Economics, Quantity Surveying, Law, Commerce or equivalent.
* Relevant commercial administration experience in Construction, Quantity Surveying, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or associated disciplines.
* Post graduate qualifications desirable.
* 5-7 years' experience working as a Contracts Administrator or Quantity Surveyor in the construction and engineering industry desirable.
