Key Roles and Responsibilities:
The primary objective of this position is to develop, plan, schedule, and coordinate outage operations and maintenance activities for a key power generation facility.
This involves ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient delivery of energy across Western Australia.
* Plan and coordinate major maintenance and outage activities
* Manage tender and quote processes
* Develop work scopes, schedules, and budgets for internal and external maintenance work
* Coordinate resources, logistics, and contractors across multiple sites
* Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* A trade certificate or relevant qualifications in generation or similar industry
* Skilled in Computerized Maintenance Systems (e.g., SAP)
* Experience with scheduling/project management software (MS Project, Primavera)
* Knowledge of maintenance management, planning/scheduling, and contracting techniques
* Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
* Understanding of safety and environmental management legislation, standards, and procedures
