We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join an established and growing commercial builder in Western Sydney. Delivering projects between $2 and $20 million.
As the Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of the project, ensuring efficient operations, adherence to safety protocols, and timely project delivery. You will be responsible for overseeing projects from design to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the entire project lifecycle from inception to completion.
* Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
* Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, architects, and other stakeholders.
* Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
* Provide regular updates to senior management and clients.
* Identify and resolve potential risks and issues proactively.
* Mentor and support a growing project team.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Project Manager in the commercial construction industry.
* Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management tools, and best practices.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
* A relevant tertiary qualification in construction, engineering, or project management.
* Demonstrated experience with large commercial projects.
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
