Office Coordinator Role
Our client is a global Technology company that is widely recognized for its fantastic culture and forward thinking, dynamic and fast paced environment.
This role will be supporting the Canberra Office which is located in Canberra's city centre. The successful candidate will be friendly and engaging as you will be responsible for driving culture in the office.
The duties of this role include but are not limited to;
* Administrative support for the team and wider business
* Travel booking
* Setting up and maintaining Meeting rooms
* Ordering office supplies
* Organising internal events (Christmas parties etc.)
* Greeting visitors and guests
* Managing office resources
* Reporting back into the Sydney Office
To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience in an administerial or assistant role with strong communication skills and full working rights.
Desirable qualities include experience within the technology space and previous experience as an office manager.
