Key Qualifications

* At least 2 years of experience in retail or service roles.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to motivate and develop a high-performing team.

* An energetic and enthusiastic approach with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.

* A strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
