Calder Psychology is a neurodiversity-affirming private practice based in South Perth. We provide therapeutic support and assessments for autistic and ADHD adults, and we are now expanding our team to include a dedicated Speech Therapist.
We are seeking a passionate and experienced clinician with a strong interest in working with autistic individuals and NDIS participants.
About the Role
* Provide evidence-based speech therapy services to autistic children, adolescents, and adults.
* Support clients funded under the NDIS, with a focus on functional communication, social communication, and daily living skills.
* Collaborate closely with our psychology team to deliver holistic, client-centred care.
* Contractor arrangement.
About You: We'd love to hear from you if you:
* Are a qualified Speech Pathologist with current SPA registration.
* Have experience supporting autistic individuals and/or people with other neurodevelopmental differences.
* Are confident in working with NDIS plans and participants.
* Share our neurodiversity-affirming approach and value respectful, strengths-based practice.
* Enjoy working as part of a supportive, collaborative team.

Therapeutic Expertise: Proficiency in delivering a range of therapeutic modalities tailored to individual client needs.
