About headspace:
headspace is the National Youth Mental Health Foundation providing early intervention mental health services to 12-25 year olds, along with assistance in promoting young peoples' wellbeing. This covers core areas including mental health, physical health, work and study support and alcohol and other drug services. Relationships Australia Victoria (RAV) is the lead agency for headspace Bairnsdale and Sale, which is governed by a consortium of local community organisations who provide expertise, support and advice to RAV.
About the roleReporting to the Centre Manager, this role supports the day-to-day operations of the headspace Sale and Bairnsdale centres, contributing to the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based services for young people. The position assists with operational coordination, staff supervision, and administrative functions to ensure effective centre performance, while working collaboratively with stakeholders to support service quality, compliance requirements, and a positive team culture, and acting in the Centre Manager role during periods of absence as required.
This role is located at the headspace Sale centre and is part-time permanent role, working three (3) days per week. The base salary range is $125,901k - $129,450 (pro-rata) per annum.
About you
* Relevant tertiary qualifications and demonstrated experience leading teams and supporting effective service delivery in a complex operational environment.
* Strong communication, problem-solving and leadership skills, with experience managing multidisciplinary teams and building positive stakeholder relationships.
* A commitment to high-quality, client-centred services, with cultural awareness and the ability to meet compliance requirements, including relevant checks and a current Victorian driver's licence.
