This residential role requires you to reside within a 1-hour drive of the CBESS facility. It is a day shift position, working 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with on-call duties on weekends as part of a rotating roster.
To be successful in this role, you will need a trade qualification in electrical engineering with a WA electrical license, Cert IV Instrumentation, HV switching certificate, and current CPR/LVR training.
You will also have previous experience in E&I roles, preferably in power generation, renewable energy, or industrial automation, and strong knowledge of low and medium voltage systems, instrumentation, and control systems.
The ideal candidate will be able to read and interpret electrical schematics, P&IDs, and technical documentation, and have proficiency in using diagnostic tools and testing equipment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this role, as well as a valid class C driver's licence and a strong commitment to HSE and maintaining a safe workplace.
