Duties and Responsibilities
- Arranging social activities and community access
- Providing companionship, friendship and community access
- Documenting services provided, incidents and completing reports as required
Qualifications and Requirements
- Male support worker required
- Extensive experience in complex care support
- Extensive experience in mental health
- Must have an NDIS Check (Essential)
- Must hold a Current First Aid Certificate (Essential)
- Current Driver's License (Desirable)
- Cert 3 in Aged or Disability Care or equivalent (Desirable)
- Valid Police Check
- Willing to travel to Nowra
- Able to work 24/7 roster
