We are working with our client to source an exceptional Quality Assurance Coordinator to join their HSE team. This role has come about due to growth and development within the Company and is an exciting opportunity to join within a period of expansion. In this role you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of compliance, auditing, regulations, and quality control for the business and its operations.
**The Role**

You will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with HSE team and international team regarding appropriate Quality Controls of all products and services that the organisation produces.
- Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed per company and Australian standards.
- Ensure compliance of processes and procedures to customer and industry quality standards. (To include, but not limited to: ISO9001, NADCAP, CASA Part 145, etc.)
- Ensure flawless execution of projects from a conceptual stage, development, and through to safety and export compliance.
- Identify, implement and sustain appropriate quality and process controls and documentation (error-proofing devices, parameter tables, control plans, inspection and check sheets, etc.)
- Ensure that internal process data is collected, analysed, and used to understand and continuously improve the capability of processes in operations, manufacturing, service, and office.
- Capture the voice of the internal and external customers, complaints and opportunities, and uses it to drive corrective actions and for continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain laboratory to required standard and ensure equipment are kept up to date and current (calibration)
- Schedule, facilitate and complete internal, external and/or third-party certifications, audits, and re-certifications.
- Plus any other relevant HSE duties that are required.
**Your Skills & Experience**:
- Understanding or experience working with ISO 9001, AS9100 or similar.
- Relevant Qualification in either Health and Safety, Quality Auditing, Compliance and Risk Management, and Engineering is also applicable.
- Internal auditing experience and/or qualifications.
- 3+ years working in a similar role
- Experience in a similar industry will be highly regarded
- Strong analytical skills, highly focused on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability and willingness to meet business critical deadlines.
