We are seeking an enthusiastic Certificate III Educator to join our team at Melton Central Kindergarten. Melton Central Kindergarten has been an integral part of the Melton community for more than 50 years. Our team of nurturing and experienced educators deliver high quality and inclusive three and four-year-old kindergarten programs that help each child realise their potential. Educators will partner with families to develop a play-based learning program that builds on children's interests and capabilities. In turn, children will develop vital social, emotional, physical, language and cognitive skills. Even more importantly, our educators will ensure your child is safe, secure and happy while in our centre. This is a part time, ongoing position working 17.5 hours per week on a Monday and Tuesday from 8am to 4:45pm and Wednesday 9am to 10am About you You're reflective, curious and purpose-led, with a deep commitment to making a difference. You're open to learning and understanding the unique needs of every child. You're a critical thinker and collaborative team member. You have a drive to grow and improve continually. You value kindness and respect. You have great knowledge of the child safe standards and early childhood regulations. You hold a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education or equivalent, a WWCC and a first aid certificate. About the role You'll create a safe and supportive environment where children can learn and grow. You'll develop and implement engaging learning experiences based on the ECMS pedagogical framework.
