This is a highly sought-after opportunity for an individual with strong retail leadership skills to support store performance and advance their career. As Assistant Concession Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Concession Manager and Retail Brand Manager to drive the success of our Sportscraft & JAG concession pads in Myer Charlestown.
* Performance Management: Support sales and rankings across all brands and pads, monitoring, tracking, and responding to ensure key performance indicators and sales targets are met.
* Team Enablement and Day-to-Day Leadership: Develop strong working relationships and communicate regularly with Myer store and floor management teams, supporting the team in delivering store operations excellence through effective stock management and loss prevention activities.
* Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional customer experience through on-brand teams and product knowledge, maintaining an up-to-date level of product knowledge and sharing passion and insights with customers and the team.
