About the role
We're seeking a School Operations Coordinator to provide high-level administrative support keep things running smoothly across teaching and learning activities. In this role, you'll support course and subject delivery, exams, timetabling, and tutorials, while working closely with central teams to make sure everything aligns with University policies and processes.
You'll also support a variety of tasks, from committee and meeting support to staff onboarding and offboarding, events, facilities, and general day-to-day operations.
In addition, you'll have an opportunity to contribute to Faculty and School initiatives, collaborating with colleagues on operational activities and projects that improve processes and enhance the experience for staff and students.
