About the Role
You will provide clinical oversight for cosmetic injectable procedures and be responsible for patient consultations and prescribing Schedule 4 medications in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
This is an ideal opportunity for a GP or medical practitioner with an interest in cosmetic medicine, looking for a flexible and rewarding role in a stunning coastal location.
1. Conducting medical consultations (in-person or telehealth)
2. Reviewing patient history and obtaining consent
3. Prescribing and supervising Schedule 4 cosmetic injectables (e.g., anti-wrinkle, dermal fillers)
4. Providing clinical support to our aesthetic nurses
5. Ensuring patient safety and adherence to best practice standards
* AHPRA registration as a Medical Practitioner (MBBS or equivalent)
* Eligibility to prescribe Schedule 4 medications in Australia
* Professional indemnity insurance
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience in aesthetic medicine (preferred but not essential — training can be provided)
