As an Operations Manager, you will play a leading role in managing the provision of services, as a permanent full-time member of the Operations team, supported by Chief Commercial Officer.

- Develop operational policies, practices and guidelines as required; ensuring organisational activities and outcomes are achieved
- Inspiring your team to achieve positive, effective outcomes for clients through practice excellence
- Maintaining a positive inclusive workplace with strong staff engagement and clear expectations
- Developing, implementing, and reviewing systems to support operational efficiencies in consultation with other staff
- Overseeing planned operational and strategic goals, objectives, and initiatives
- Running the day-to-day operations
- Managing quality assurance programmes
- Setting and reviewing budgets and managing costs
- Analysing and improving processes
- Enforcing health and safety procedures
- Other duties as required by the business
**What we are looking for**
- Experience in a senior level role within a medium to large community services organisation overseeing service delivery
- Demonstrated experience managing government grant and service agreement reporting, compliance, and service delivery requirements
- Experience working with the National Disability Insurance Agency
- Comprehensive knowledge of organisation policies and procedures
- Knowledge of organisation and structure and functions
- Strong focus on collaboration and leadership
- Experience managing people in human services sector
- Commitment to the rights of people with disabilities to live dignified lives
- Able to accept responsibility and work as part of a team
- Patient, flexible, understanding, supportive and caring nature
- Strong computer, written and verbal communication skills
- Access to a comprehensively insured vehicle
**Desirable, however not essential**
- Experience working within the disability or health care sectors
- QUALIFICATION or equivalent work experience
- Valid driver's licence
