Job Title: Partner, People


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Business Partner, People & Culture. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career and make a meaningful contribution to our organization.



Job Description:

">
* Support employees and leaders through annual performance review processes, ensuring fairness and equity.
* Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
* Provide guidance on compliance and best-practice activities.
* Manage a calendar of compliance activities to ensure we remain compliant and up-to-date.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Performance Management: Support employees and leaders to undertake annual performance review processes in a Values-aligned, bias-free and equitable manner.
2. Recruitment: Partner with leaders to identify vacancies and develop recruitment strategies.
3. Compliance: Manage a calendar of compliance activities across pay, equity and contracting to ensure Wyloo remains a compliant employer.
4. Business Partnering: Develop a relationship as a trusted advisor in relation to P&C matters to leaders and employees across the global business.


Requirements:

">
* Tertiary qualifications in human resource management, organisational psychology, law or commerce desirable but not required.
* At least 3-5 years' experience in a mid-level People & Culture role (Advisor, junior Business Partner, Generalist).
* P&C projects experience e.g. compliance audits, performance management frameworks, remuneration & incentive design, learning & development framework and diversity, equity and inclusion strategy highly desirable.
