Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Parts Manager to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for managing the storage and distribution of bus and truck parts across our depots.
You will work closely with our depot teams to ensure that stock levels are maintained at optimal levels, and that our clients receive high-quality services.
* Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate records of receipted and dispatched stock.
* Raise purchase orders as required, ensuring compliance with company policies.
* Liaise with internal and external suppliers on stock issues.
* Analyse trends in stock efficiency and identify opportunities for improvement.
* Co-ordinate the pick-up and delivery of parts to depots as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in warehousing, distribution, or logistics.
* Experience in parts supply and management is highly desirable.
* Strong computer literacy and administration skills, with the ability to learn internal systems.
* Ability to prioritise and complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* A full car licence (medium rigid licence or higher is preferred).
