The successful applicant will be required to oversee factory operations, directing staff to manufacture high-quality, custom made cabinetry. You will be responsible for optimizing production workflows, managing resources and materials, ensuring safety and quality standards, reading technical drawings and leading the team to meet deadlines.

We are looking for someone who is:
* Experienced in Cabinetvision drawing software
* Experienced in all aspects of Cabinet Making
* Proficient in reading, interpreting and reviewing technical drawings, oversee CNC machining and manufacturing processes
* Self motivated with excellent team working skills
* Highly organised with strong communication skills
* Exceptional level of craftsmanship with an eye for detail
