**Job Duties/Essential Functions**
- Checks cake order stand for special orders
- Checks production schedule for daily needs. Pulls stock from freezer or cooler to fill merchandising area
- Removes product from pans
- Garnishes and packages baked cheesecakes, seasonal pies, and cakes. Processes all cakes following assembly instruction in Cake Decorating Manual
- Places finished product on racks and transfer racks to the cooler, freezer, or wrapping area
- Keeps decorating area clean and clear of debris
- Ensure the correct date and labelling is being completed
- Follows proper Bakery Department, safety, and security procedures and standards
- Follows Standard Sanitation Operating Procedure (SSOP) guidelines for cleaning and sanitation of all equipment
- Completes and complies with 11 Commandments of Quality Assurance, Food Safety Certification and, all safety training required by warehouse and Bakery Department
- Assists with other bakery duties as needed
- Provides prompt and courteous customer service to members, employees, and suppliers.

Ability to operate vehicles, equipment or machinery_**
- Oven racks, wheeled racks, cake slicing machine, calculator, wrapping machine, scales, pan dollies, apricot glazer, cake scorer, spatulas, cake stamps, icing bags, tips, commercial dishwasher, knives, labeller, mixer.
Education/Training: School Certificate or relevant apprenticeship (Trade Certificate)
Licenses/Certifications: None
Other Skills and Abilities: Cake decorating or comparable experience
Basic math skills
- Must be available to work a rotating roster, including AM & PM & weekends.
