Responsibilities
Provide high-quality in-home support services and assorted SIL Houses within Ipswich, Rosewood, Collingwood & Fernvale.
High personal care: showering, dressing, grooming and medication assistance
Social support/transportation for social activities, shopping/groceries, and medical appointments
Domestic assistance: light household cleaning, laundry and meal preparation
Support customers in the use of aids and personal equipment
Support customers with complex and/or challenging needs
Monitor the well-being of customers and report on progress
Provide updates on customer progress following each service

About you
Good interpersonal skills and written/verbal communication
Ability to build rapport and maintain good working relationships
Comfortable using technology (e.g., mobile apps) for rosters and recording notes/feedback
What you will need
Current and satisfactory NDIS Worker Screening Clearance & NDIS Quality & Safeguards Commission Worker Orientation Module certificate
Criminal Record Check
Current First Aid certificate/CPR
Current Australian (QLD) Drivers License
A reliable, registered, and insured vehicle
Smartphone with internet access
Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Home & Community Care, Individual Support or Disability Services
The right to work in Australia with ability to provide 100 points of ID
