We are seeking a skilled Financial Administrator to join our team on a part-time permanent basis. The role will support our Tasmanian Real Estate Finance Team with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general finance tasks.

Responsibilities
* Customer invoicing
* Debtor management
* Contract management
* Trust account reconciliation
* Back up to Accounts Payable
* Other finance-related tasks as required
About You
* Previous experience in a similar finance position
* Strong financial and analytical skills
* Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
* Proficient with Microsoft Office software and experience with financial accounting systems
* Strong attention to detail
* Organisational and time management skills
* A proven ability to deal with confidential and sensitive information
* A can-do attitude
