Retail project manager

We’re partnering with a well known and rapidly growing retail food brand to appoint an experienced Retail Project Manager to support the delivery of new store openings and refurbishments across Australia. This is a hands on, end to end role focused on driving projects from initial planning through to successful store launch. The business is entering an exciting growth phase, including a strong pipeline of drive thru locations. Key Responsibilities End to end delivery of new store openings, refurbishments and relocations Manage project timelines, budgets, contractors and key stakeholders Coordinate site delivery across construction, operations, equipment and store readiness Partner closely with internal operations and leadership teams to ensure successful openings Oversee compliance, permits, approvals and handover processes Travel nationally to support store openings and project delivery Support the rollout of drive thru locations and evolving store formats Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment Why Apply?
