Your new role
As a Maintenance Officer, you will carry out routine maintenance and repairs across aged care and community housing sites. Your duties include conducting regular inspections, responding promptly to maintenance requests, undertaking groundskeeping and general handyman tasks, and working closely with staff and residents to maintain high standards of safety, presentation, and comfort.
What you'll need to succeed
* Proven experience in trade, facilities, or general maintenance roles
* Prior experience in aged care or community housing (highly regarded)
• Current National Police Check
• Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) card with NDIS endorsement
• Valid driver’s licence
