How You Will Make An Impact
* Support your Store manager in leading, coaching and developing a team of 10 to 15
* Delivering an exceptional customer experience
* Recruitment, onboarding and performance coaching support
* Support your Store Manager in stock management, safety and operational excellence
* Supporting local marketing and community initiatives
* Assist in managing visual merchandising (VM) of stock displays, ensuring VM standards are consistently maintained
About you and what you will bring to the role...
* Retail leadership experience (or ready to step up) with a strong sales focus
* Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a high‐performing team
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage shifting priorities
* Sound business acumen and commitment to safe Work, Health & Safety practices
* Flexible, adaptable and confident with the ability to build strong relationships with our customers and team members
