**Field support Officer**

**The Company**:
**Responsibilities and duties will include, but are not limited to**:
- Conduct on-site visits to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain smart metering systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Provide training and guidance to utility personnel on the use and maintenance of smart metering equipment.
- Collect and analyse data from meters to identify potential issues and recommend solutions.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns promptly.
- Document all field activities, including installation, maintenance, and repair work.

- Proven experience in technical support or field service roles.
- Strong Computer scales
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
**Hours and Rates**
Monday to Friday - 7.30am to 3.30pm but these times are flexible.
Up to $70k + super based + $15,000 car allowance
