**Employment Overview**:
- Temporary Full-Time (FTE 1.0) position during Term 1, 2025.
- Potential for longer term employment.
- Based at BMGS Wentworth Falls Senior School campus.
- Salary in accordance with the Independent Schools Teachers MEA.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Deliver engaging and high-quality Visual Arts lessons to Senior School students.
- Develop and implement creative curricula that inspire artistic exploration and excellence.
- Provide clear instruction in practical techniques and key concepts, ensuring student safety in the studio.
- Encourage and guide students in the production of original artwork.
- Foster a supportive workplace that promotes student self-expression and artistic growth.
- Contribute to the wider school community and collaborate with other staff members.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience teaching Visual Arts, preferably in a secondary school setting.
- A proven track record of engaging students and delivering high-quality, safe, and creative lessons.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team.
- NESA accreditation to teach in NSW.
- Current NSW Working With Children Check (or ability to obtain).
- Full Australian work rights.
