Job Title: Support Services Coordinator

The role of a Support Services Coordinator involves playing a vital part in supporting our community by providing quality operational administration support to the Service. This dynamic position offers the opportunity to work in an efficient and customer-focused Reception for internal and external clients, other visitors, and service providers.

You will be responsible for scheduling appointments, maintaining client tenancies, promoting, and contributing to a positive team environment within the Service. In alignment with the core values of our organization, your contributions will be vital in advancing our core mission, offering expert service, guidance, and advice in your area of specialization.

Responsibilities:

1. Serve as the first point of contact, ensuring a welcoming, efficient reception for both internal and external clients and visitors.
2. Provide comprehensive operational and administrative support, ensuring the smooth running of services.
3. Responsibilities include document management, office equipment maintenance, fleet management, and client admission and discharge processing.
4. Support the team environment positively, contributing to the effective delivery of mental health and wellbeing services.

About You:

* You have relevant experience in administration, particularly in roles requiring high levels of discretion and customer interaction.
* You're a customer service champion, skilled in communicating with a diverse range of stakeholders.
* You are an adept multi-tasker, capable of managing multiple priorities independently or as part of a team.
* Your skills include high accuracy in data entry, accounts management, and an understanding of quality frameworks.

Required Credentials & Qualifications

* Current National Police Check
* Blue Card
* A Certificate in Business Administration or related field is highly regarded.
