Production Operative - E-liquid Manufacture

We work closely with our clients to deliver a bespoke end-to-end service, prioritising premium quality ingredients and world class procedures.
**What to expect**:
Reporting to the Scientific Officer, you will work independently and autonomously to ensure the successful operation of the clean room and the production schedule is achieved.
**Responsibilities**:
Performing pre-operative checks, setup of equipment and machines to ensure the production starts within the set timelines
Calculating, weighing and mixing products ready for production
Completing daily scheduled work in line with demand
Following the work instructions, production assemblies and SOPs
Monitoring and controlling the production parameters according to the specification
Performing Quality Control Checks and In-Process Monitoring Checks (i.e., weight checks, packet seals and printed batch information etc.)
Cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment and machines
Assisting in other areas of the manufacturing site
**To be successful in obtaining the position you should meet the following criteria**:
Numeracy skills with ability to convert between units of measure quickly.
Punctual and reliable
**Leadership Skills**
- Good technical aptitude
- Have an ability to make critical decisions within a fast-paced environment
- Have an ability to prioritise multiple tasks using initiative
- Highly energetic, enthusiastic, resourceful, resilient and be able to demonstrate a sense of urgency, momentum and self-discipline to get things done
- Previous experience in warehouse and or manufacturing environment desirable
- An understanding of the vape/e-liquid industry is preferred but not essential
- Full product and production operation training given at start.

Pay: $40.60 - $62.00 per hour
