Responsibilities
* Develop automation scripts and workflows using Python and Microsoft Power Automate.
* Work with Azure AI services such as Cognitive Services, Machine Learning, and Bot Framework.
* Perform API, integration, and automated testing to ensure solution quality.
* Create and manage test data and validate AI/ML model performance.
* Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
* Monitor application performance using Kibana, Grafana, and JMeter.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and improve automation processes.
Required Skills
* Strong Python scripting and automation skills.
* Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate.
* Familiarity with Azure AI services (Cognitive Services, ML, Bot Framework).
* Experience with automated testing frameworks, API testing, and data validation.
* Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
* Exposure to RPA and intelligent automation solutions.
* Experience with testing, monitoring, and logging tools such as Kibana, Grafana, and JMeter.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Role 2: AI Test Manager
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end testing strategy for AI, ML, and intelligent automation solutions.
* Manage test planning, execution, and delivery across internal teams, clients, and external vendors.
* Identify automation opportunities and implement solutions that improve efficiency and ROI.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and technology teams to ensure quality delivery.
* Drive test governance, reporting, and quality standards across projects.
* Provide strategic direction while remaining hands-on with testing practices and automation frameworks.
Required Skills & Experience
* 10+ years of experience in testing, QA leadership, or test management.
* Strong experience working with AI, Machine Learning, or Intelligent Automation platforms.
* Proven experience managing E2E testing programs with clients and external vendors.
* Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
* Ability to identify and implement automation-driven testing improvements.
* Experience in Financial Services or Superannuation domain (highly desirable).
