Operations and Compliance Manager Role
The Operations and Compliance Manager plays a pivotal role in the organization, overseeing the day-to-day management of our operations.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Manage systems that handle every stage of the client journey: onboarding, acquisition, settlement, and beyond.
* Run daily operational tasks: task tracking, process documentation, team coordination, and system rollouts.
Compliance & Licensing:
* Own real estate compliance: Class 1 & Class 2 licensing, CPD requirements, NSW Fair Trading regulations, and audit readiness.
* Maintain up-to-date staff compliance records and manage expiry and renewal cycles.
People & HR Support:
* Partner with internal recruitment to manage onboarding checklists, team documentation, and offboarding.
* Support performance review cycles, team milestone tracking, and internal HR systems.
Calendar & Cadence:
* Own the internal operations calendar, ensuring recurring meetings, performance reviews, and compliance tasks are locked in and followed up.
* Coordinate deadlines and deliverables across the business and ensure accountability.
Media Team Oversight:
* Lead weekly check-ins with the content team to ensure media KPIs are tracked and met (20 short-form, 7 long-form pieces per platform).
* Align media output with the overall brand and campaign goals across platforms.
Admin & Support Systems:
* Manage documentation and templates across our training and process platform.
* Ensure CRMs, onboarding forms, and property workflows are up to date and aligned.
