**The Role: Process Worker (Compounding Assistant - Pharmaceutical)**

A great opportunity has become available for a **Compounding Assistant** to join our team in **Old Toongabbie, NSW**facility in a **Full Time, working 05:00 am /12:00 pm /2:00 pm Monday to Friday - with flexibility to perform overtime as required**. The main purpose of this role is supporting efficient and accurate production of Baxter Healthcare's compounded products. This role involves various tasks, including the picking and preparation of raw materials, labelling, inspection, sealing, packing, labelling, and dispatching of finished units.
**Note: Training/orientation will require flexibility for approx. 3-5 months with shift times ranging between 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.**
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Picking and preparing raw materials
- Labelling, inspection and sealing of compounded products
- Packing of finished units for each order including final inspection of products.
- Labelling and dispatching of prepared products.
- Maintaining and housekeeping of work area consumables
- Ensuring documentation is completed in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
- Adhering to Baxter’s Standard Operating Procedures
- Other duties as required
**Essential skills & qualifications**
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing workplace,
- preferably in the healthcare industry preferred.
- Executing repetitive results in a consistent and accurate manner
- Collaborating effectively in a team environment to achieve common goals
- Handling various equipment and tools required for the job
- Adapting to shift work schedules as needed
- Providing assistance in environments with defined procedures and protocols
