THE ROLE An opportunity exists for a Senior Architect to join the studio in a leadership capacity. You will design, coordinate and document projects from concept through to construction completion, working closely with the Practice Director and construction team across all architectural phases to ensure strong design outcomes and smooth delivery. You will also mentor Graduates of Architecture and help guide the direction and pace of the studio as it continues to grow. This role suits a Registered Architect who enjoys responsibility, collaboration and being closely connected to how buildings are actually delivered. Key responsibilities include: Leading projects from concept design through to construction completion Coordinating with the Practice Director, consultants and the in house construction team Producing precise, high quality documentation and 3D modelling Mentoring and managing Graduates of Architecture Contributing to studio leadership and design direction Ensuring compliance with the NCC and relevant Australian Standards ABOUT YOU You will bring the following skills and experience: Registered Architect with at least 8 years’ experience, predominantly in high end residential Strong ArchiCAD proficiency with advanced 3D modelling capability (not essential but high regarded) Familiarity with Adobe software Proven experience delivering projects from concept to completion Strong construction knowledge, ideally with on site experience Comprehensive understanding of the NCC and Australian Standards Excellent communication skills across clients, consultants and contractors A collaborative mindset with the ability to also work independently Solutions focused and confident navigating challenges You will have good energy, strong design instincts and the confidence to step into a leadership role within a growing studio.
