In this dynamic role, our Business Operations Manager will…
* Lead and support a cluster of services across ACT & Sydney
* Ensure compliance and safety standards are met with confidence and care
* Streamline operations and boost service efficiency with smart solutions
* Oversee budgets and spending, keeping everything on track
* Deliver timely and accurate internal and external reporting
* Mentor and inspire Service Managers to bring 'The Sparrow Way' to life
* Monitor program quality and uphold our high educational standards
* Equip teams to provide exceptional care and learning experiences
* Build strong, trusting relationships with families, staff, and communities
* Manage risks and resolve concerns with professionalism and heart
* Travel across services bringing leadership and support wherever needed
* Travel interstate for National Training and Events
What you'll need:
* Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a current Early Childhood Education Area Manager/ Multi-site Management
* Proven experience in understanding and supporting accounts, rosters & staff needs,
* A strong understanding of policies, state legislations, EYLF, NQS and child-led educational philosophies.
* Current & Valid Working with Children Check
* Child Protection training certification
* First Aid and CPR certificates including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
* Strong Administrative skills, attention to detail and ability to adhere to deadlines
* Confidence when communicating with all levels of management
* A strong ability to inspire, motivate and maintain a positive culture within our services
* Strong computer skills and systems knowledge. Kangaroo Time, CRM & Story Park knowledge preferred.
