Key Skills & Experience Required:
* 8+ years of Project Management experience in commercial/industrial property
* Construction / Property degree qualified or trade background essential
* Hands-on knowledge of building processes and fit-outs
* Proven ability to manage contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders
* Experience in budgeting, cost control, and contract administration
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
* Ability to identify risks and proactively manage issues throughout a project lifecycle
* High attention to detail, ensuring quality and compliance standards are met
* Excellent communication and leadership skills – ability to lead teams and coordinate multiple moving parts
