About your opportunity: * Direct patient care of all aspects of the emergency department presentation from admission to discharge. * Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with team members, patients, families and other stakeholders, including participation in relevant networks to achieve work unit outcomes. * Competence and confidence with clinical decision making and the ability to take the lead role with sick and deteriorating patients including clinical escalation when required. * Ability to communicate clearly and assertively in the advocacy for patients and other staff.
