This is a role for a cuisine-driven leader — someone who understands flavour, respects technique and thrives in high-energy service.
The Role
As Head Chef, you'll lead the kitchen from the front — driving menu execution, maintaining quality across busy services and setting the standard for consistency and creativity.
You'll have the autonomy to influence the menu, mentor your team and ensure every dish that leaves the pass reflects the bold, modern Asian identity Sweetwater is known for.
What We're Looking For
* Strong background in Asian cuisine — ideally Thai, Chinese or Japanese
* Deep understanding of flavour balance, technique and authentic execution
* Proven ability to lead high-volume, fast-paced services
* Confident running the pass and leading a brigade
* Experience as a Head Chef or strong Sous Chef ready to step up
* Passion for mentoring, developing and inspiring a kitchen team
