The Trade Counter Assistant provides exceptional customer service information about products both in person and over the phone. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with customers, answering questions, resolving issues and processing transactions.

In this position you will be responsible for greeting customers, answering their questions, resolving any issues that may arise while maintaining a positive attitude. When needed you will assist with sales by providing product knowledge to ensure the best possible outcomes.
