About the Role


We are currently seeking a highly motivated Branch Manager to oversee our Karratha location. The successful candidate's leadership will manage all household removals, storage, and associated operational activities. The successful candidate will ensure cost-effective operations, compliance with all safety and quality standards including exceptional customer experiences. Depending on the location, accommodation assistance is negotiable.

Key Responsibilities


The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales enquiries including in house quotes. Must demonstrate a high level of motivation and the ability to work independently. Effective communication skills are essential, as the role involves regular coordination with branches across Australia, with the coordination of linehaul to and from the branch.

* Lead, develop, and support the Karratha operations team to meet individual and branch performance goals.

* Ensure compliance with all OH&S legislation and company safety policies.

* Oversee the daily allocation of operational resources to meet service and cost-efficiency targets.

* Generate reports and actively participate in management meetings.

* Utilise company resources to meet budget objectives and optimise service delivery.

* Continuously seek and implement improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.

* Responsible for managing and responding to sales enquiries in a timely and professional manner.

* Must be highly motivated with organisational skills and the ability to work independently and take initiative.

* Coordinate and liaise effectively with capital city branches and other reginal offices.

Essential skills and experience:

* Demonstrated success in a similar leadership role.

* Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.

* Exceptional time management, problem-solving, and organisational abilities.

* A proactive, hands-on leader with the ability to work autonomously and within a team.

* Background in household goods relocation (highly desirable).

* Experience in sales (highly desirable).

* Solid understanding of OH&S and compliance frameworks.

* Experience in transport or logistics (highly desired).
