Customer Service Assistant Job ID 216094 Posted 08-Jul-2025 Service line Advisory Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Administrative Location(s) Mount Gravatt - Queensland - Australia - Entry level role to a global commercial real estate firm - Provide essential customer service and administrative support - Hybrid role based at our Mount Gravatt office, Land of the Kagarr-Mabul people About the role: - Answer incoming calls via the switchboard and direct to appropriate parties - Monitor and respond to shared inbox emails - Support travel management tasks including calendar invites, profiles and updating traveler details - Perform data entry in CBRE software and portals - Create and manage travel reporting - Collaborate with departments and external suppliers and improve administrative processes. About you: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational and time management abilities. - Proficiency in data entry and computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office). - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement. - Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
