Nullagine Community Care project will provide essential support services to aged persons within the Nullagine community, including laundry, house cleaning, yard maintenance, meal preparation and shopping, social support, transport, and participation in community gatherings and activities.
Responsibilities
* Provide laundry services for program participants
* Perform house cleaning for program participants
* Carry out yard maintenance for program participants
* Prepare meals and assist with shopping as needed for program participants
* Offer social support to program participants
* Provide transportation for program participants when required
* Support participation in community gatherings and activities
