Role Overview
As a Retail Leader at Coles, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the deli department in one of our stores. You will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure the store is well-presented and welcoming to customers, team members, and the community.
About This Role

* Maintaining high standards of customer service and ensuring excellent department standards including stock management, rotation routines, waste control, and quality assurance
* Leading, coaching, and developing your team to meet sales targets, cost control, and rostering requirements
* Fostering a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and celebrates individual achievements
* Delivering exceptional customer experiences through outstanding product knowledge and service

* Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
