We're seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our busy

automotive workshop. If you're highly organized, great with numbers, and enjoy keeping a

workplace running smoothly, this role is for you

About the Role:

As our Office Administrator, you'll be the go-to person for managing the workshop's

administrative and financial operations. You'll handle everything from customer invoicing

and payroll to maintaining records and supporting the workshop team.

Key Responsibilities:

 Manage daily administrative tasks and office operations

 Handle bookkeeping duties, including accounts payable/receivable and bank

reconciliations

 Process payroll accurately and on time

 Prepare and send customer invoices and receipts

 Manage correspondence, phone calls, and supplier communications

 Keep financial and employee records organized and up to date

What We're Looking For:

 Strong organizational and multitasking skills

 Experience with bookkeeping and payroll preferred

 Knowledge of basic accounting and invoicing

 Excellent communication and customer service skills

 Previous experience in an automotive or trade environment is an advantage

 Reliable, proactive, and a team player
