Accounts & Administration Assistant

Do you love keeping things organised and accurate, but also enjoy a role with plenty of variety? We're looking for a detail-driven and motivated Accounts & Administration Assistant to join our Cruisin' team in Cambridge. We're an Australian family-owned motorhome and campervan rental company based in Tasmania, with branches in Hobart, Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Cairns, and Perth.

You'll be part of a team where your eye for detail and organisational skills really make a difference. This role offers the chance to grow your skills across accounts, administration, and customer support, all while keeping each day interesting. You'll play a key role in keeping our administration operations running smoothly while supporting both the management team and our branches across Australia.

What You'll Be Doing

* Provide administrative support for Management, Branches, Vehicle Sales, and Manufacturing.
* Take charge of purchase orders, invoices, and credit card transactions, ensuring everything is accurate in our accounting system Xero.
* Reconcile customer transactions and branch balances daily — you'll be the one making sure everything adds up perfectly.
* Assist with general office duties and admin tasks that keep the team moving.
* Provide professional, friendly support with customer care and dispute resolution.
* Assist with damage claims, liaising clearly and professionally with customers and third parties.

What We're Looking For

* Proven experience with Xero Accounting Software and processing purchase orders/invoices.
* Sharp eye for detail and accuracy.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills and confidence in problem solving.
* Someone who thrives under pressure, takes ownership, and brings a positive, can-do attitude.
* A current driver's licence
* Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
* Monday to Friday 38 hours
* Immediate start available
